Dogs Requirements for Balanced and Behaved Dog Training
IN BOARD TRAINING & DAY CAMP REQUIREMENTS. Every dog is evaluated before being accepted into any program
AGE: 12 weeks or older
SEX: If over a year all dogs must be spayed or neutered
HEALTH: Owners will need to provide proof of their dogs vaccination by Vet
SHOTS: All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:
Rabies
Distemper
DHLPPC (annual booster)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) (must be boostered each year)
Must have had a clear fecal exam within the last 6 months. Flea & tick control or heart worm prevention
Owners must submit proof by vet of these current vaccinations by either email, fax or bring to the evaluation.
APPLICATION: All dogs must have a completed application
FEES: Due in advance daily or weekly.
