So I encourage you to take one step into something that you've been thinking of that may feel like your stretching your normal. Take it slow one step at a time and only go as far as you feel safe. It is amazing how life will show up and greet you through new thoughts, feelings, friendships and conversations. Also how far those first steps will take you it's amazing! We are on track to add our 1st hiking camp client while we continue our regular in home boot camp clients. Thank You for coming along our journey hope your creating one of your own.
