Navigating Life really is one step at a time! That is how we stay on course, balanced, happy, committed and hopeful. So I encourage you to take one step into something that you've been thinking of that may feel like your stretching your normal. Take it slow one step at a time and only go as far as you feel safe. It is amazing how life will show up and greet you through new thoughts, feelings, friendships and conversations. Also how far those first steps will take you it's amazing!
